Our itinerary will focus on Nature connection. Science has proven that not only does spending time in nature significantly improve mood and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, but it also contributes to physical wellbeing.
Further studies have been conducted on the benefits of nature and connection, and these studies have proven that we feel more connected to each other as a result of spending time in nature, and as a result, our relationships are greatly strengthened with this shared experience.
Our itinerary focuses on spending time in nature in mindful and immersive ways to bring us closer together in an intimate way.
